At the end of this course you will understand:

Leadership Acumen


Leaders occasionally have challenges in problem solving and decision making. This is largely due to the fact that they frequently act too quickly or more what's commonly called "shoot from the hip." Most individuals rarely follow a Rational Decision making model, but instead we make decisions really fast with limited information. Leaders who lack the  skill necessary to develop good alternatives in decision making or problem solving often are ineffective in their role as a leader.

Conflict Management


The Conflict Management Course will help you discover the redeeming aspects of conflict management and to leverage yourself as a leader who combats conflict masterfully.


Each leader should be able to assess how they view conflict and how important they feel their role is in providing solutions to stressed circumstances.


At the end of this course the students will understand:

3.      Why is it important for leaders to desire to restore their environments through Conflict Management?

 Emotional Intelligence plays a significant role in the success of the leader and is often overlooked or completely ignored in developing the leader.
