Our four-part Growth Track is deliberately set up for you to take advantage of our growth environment and tap into life enrichment opportunities while giving back.

Growth Track Express
Growth Track Express is a one-time online experience designed to help you take your next step at Faith Chapel. This is an all in one convenient session. During this interactive class, you'll discover the heart and vision of Faith Chapel, learn how God has uniquely gifted you, and explore opportunities to make a difference by serving on one of our teams. Best of all, you'll complete all four steps of Growth Track in a single meeting, allowing you to begin serving immediately after completion. If you're ready to grow in your faith, build meaningful connections, and become part of what God is doing through Faith Chapel, this is the perfect next step for you.

Step One:
Who is Faith Chapel
The first step in the Growth Track called, "Who is Faith Chapel?" serves as an orientation to our church. Participants learn about our church's history, beliefs, governance, giving, financial integrity, and how to connect with us.
By the end of this session, you'll have a deeper understanding of Faith Chapel, opportunities available for forming meaningful connections, and a personal invitation to become a member. This step lays the foundation for your journey in our community.
Step Two:
Discover My Unique Design
In Step 2, "Discover Your Unique Design," we help you uncover your God-given gifts, personality, and unique design. Through spiritual gifts and personality assessments, you'll gain insight into how God uniquely wired you and how to use those skills to make an impact in the lives of others.
Be led by the Holy Spirit and review the opportunities for service and volunteering. Your homework includes prayerfully seeking where God is calling you to serve as you consider joining the team.

Step Three: Join the Team
"Join the Team," our third step, invites you to connect with opportunities to live out your purpose and serve others using your God-given gifts.
You'll explore the various teams and ministries within Faith Chapel, understanding their roles and significance.
By the end of this step, you'll have the chance to use your gifts to make a difference in the lives of others and join a team that aligns with your calling.
Step Four: Leadership Development
Our fourth step, "Develop Your Leadership Potential," will equip you with insights into what it means to be a leader at Faith Chapel and how to develop your leadership potential.
