2026 Xtreme Kidz SPRING BREAK Camp

(March 23rd-27th)

We are excited about the upcoming activities that have been planned for your child at Faith Chapel’s Xtreme Kidz Camp!!! Camp will be held at The Bridge (100 Mike Moore Blvd., Birmingham, AL 35224) from 7:00 AM until 5:30 PM for children entering K5 through 8th Grade. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children with special needs at this time.

TO ENROLL YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

  1. Download and complete one Spring Break Registration Form for each child. The form includes our Camp Waiver and Agreement. Submit each completed form to: XtremeKidzCamp@faithchapel.net  

  2. Complete the Medical Release form.

  3. Submit payment – A $35 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit per child at the time of registration. Registration fees after March 16th will increase to $50 per child. The cost for camp is $150 (and $125 per additional child in the same household) and
    is not included in the deposit. The FULL balance for camp tuition must be paid by March 18th.
