We are excited about the upcoming activities that have been planned for your child at Faith Chapel’s Xtreme Kidz Summer Camp!!! Camp will be held at The Bridge (100 Mike Moore Blvd., Birmingham, AL 35224) from 7:00 AM until 5:30 PM for children entering K5 through 8th Grade.
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accommodate children with exceptional needs.

TO ENROLL YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

  1. Fill out the Registration / Camp Waiver and Agreement PDF Form (one per child) and email to XtremeKidzCamp@faithchapel.net  

  2. Submit payment – A $140 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit per child at the time of registration (which includes a season pass to Splash Adventure). REMEMBER: After May 16th, the registration fee will be $40 in-person, AND PARENTS/GUARDIANS MUST PURCHASE THEIR CHILD’S SEASON PASS FOR SPLASH ADVENTURE.

  3. Submit separate payment for Xtreme Kidz Camp t-shirts ($35 for all 3 shirts that are mandatory for camp trips, etc.)

  4. Complete the Medical Release form.

GUIDELINES: Each child MUST purchase an orange, teal, and grey T-shirt for camp. ALL 3 COLORS ARE NEEDED for field trips and activities. (T-shirt bundles can be purchased for $35).
