"When I first came to Faith Chapel, it was because of Pastor Mike. I used to be his son's basketball coach and Pastor Mike would come pick him up in the afternoon. We started talking and he invited me to come to Faith Chapel, so I did.

The thing that keeps me here is the love that I have for the church. I love Faith Chapel and I try to do everything I can to make Faith Chapel a better place to be.

I love the atmosphere, the people, and the teamwork that we have here. I love it!

Faith Chapel has changed my life a lot. When I first came here, I wasn't really all that about Faith Chapel. But then after listening to Pastor Mike teaching and then getting into the Word myself, it just changed the whole atmosphere and everything in my household.

If you're thinking about coming to Faith Chapel, you would be stepping into a place where you can really learn the Word and sit under a good teacher."

Jeanine's Story

“I have been a member of Faith Chapel for about 20 years now. But, I remember being amazed when I first attended a Wednesday night Bible Study with an old boyfriend. The parking lot was full, so people had to park far, but they didn’t mind walking just to get in! I had never seen anything like that before. When I sat down, I remember feeling like there was so much that I didn’t know about God and the Bible. I was overwhelmed and thought I had set myself up for failure. However, sitting under Pastor Mike’s teaching helped me tremendously. From that first day to today, no matter what Pastor Mike is teaching, I have been able to take something from it and apply it to my life. Back then, I was able to attend Membership Classes that walked me through basic Christian principles. THIS WAS GREAT because I really did not know where to start, and I appreciated someone teaching me how.
The one thing about Faith Chapel that had the most impact on me was the small group Bible Studies. They were a blessing to me at that time in my life, because I felt alone. However, in those Bible Studies, I was able to connect with other people who had also been in my same situation. Finding out that they overcame, gave me the courage to overcome that situation for myself!

Faith Chapel is a GREAT place for a person to learn and grow! I keep choosing Faith Chapel because I love my church, and I know what a difference it has made in my life. I keep choosing to serve at Faith Chapel because I want to be a part of others’ experiencing the same thing.”

“About 30 years ago, while in college, I was invited by a childhood friend to attend a Faith Chapel Service. At the time, I was attending another church, but kept coming back to Faith Chapel. The messages taught me that God loved me, in spite of me! Each time I left, I felt rejuvenated and FREE! Hearing the Word taught on a consistent and simple basis has caused GROWTH in every area for me and my family. I am grateful for Pastor Mike, Mz. Pete, Michael K., and other teachers for allowing God to speak through them regarding just about every situation that impacts us. For example, my mother passed in 2018, and I have had siblings to depart due to cancer. The Weep Not book and series by Pastor Mike, helped me to navigate through grief and adjust to their departures in ways that I could have never imagined.
If I could share one thing about Faith Chapel, it would be that IT IS LIFE-CHANGING! If you consistently hear the Word, read the Word, and do the Word – your life and the lives around you change (for the better).”

Tamika's Story of Freedom

“I am from Faith Chapel Columbus, and until launch, we are watching Faith Chapel on live stream. On Sunday, I listened to Michael K’s (Executive Pastor) message, and he stated that our Word may not come in the way we expect it to, and that it may come during worship. I don't know why, but that statement stuck with me.

Later that day, the team was here in Columbus for an Interest Meeting. At the end of worship, Netra (Worship Leader) began to sing Good Good Father, and I felt something break in me. My father died 11 years ago, and although I wasn't angry with him, I still felt disappointment toward him. As she sang, I felt the weight lift from me, and felt God speaking to my heart. He told me that if I really believed that he's a good Father, then I must believe that the blood of Jesus covers and fills in the gap for every area where my father lacked. He reminded me of how He has taken care of me and that He has never withheld anything from me that I needed.

Just that moment of the song becoming real to me brought me a deliverance that I'd really needed for most of my life but didn't realize it. Within hours of hearing that word and not knowing what to do with it, God healed my heart and set me free!”
